If you are running 2.x, there should only be the war3ft.cfg file located addons/amxmodx/configs

If you are running 3.x, there should only be the war3ft.cfg file located addons/amxmodx/configs/war3ft

Did you enable SQLite? Are you using Amxx1.71?

Yes. I have never used SQLite, so I am not sure how it is supposed to work
