Commands -
amx_flashnknivez <1|0> Default off

1 = on
0 = off

Client Command -
say /voteflashnknivez
Starts a vote to turn Flash & Knivez on and off...

Description - You are given a flashbang every 20 seconds and you
can only use your knife...
Look I quicky ported this over from smokezknivez(amx) plugin for someone!

I have not tested this yet but i'm sure it works!!!! If you have problems let me know. Hope you enjoy it

REMEMBER TO ADD ADMIN_RIGHTS TO THE COMMANDS

I've got them all done!

deagleNShields is done except one tiny problem. it crashes the server
knivesNshields is done execpt I have to fine it.
