Where a message is sent to only admins when they join? Preferably using csay or tsay (I think it isn't possible though.) I would like to the display the adminship rules everytime they join. Thanks in advance for your input

Also, does anyone know if there was an actual follow-up plugin to this suggestion? http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=8530 It's a post from about 2 years ago but after searching it's just the plugin I need also.

I don't know about the first one... there probably is.

As for the second, as far as i know, that still works (i don't update my amxmisc.inc) and its not meant to be a plugin. You can also look at http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=5652 if you want 3 different levels of immunity.
