How do I add myself through my in-game console(RCON)?

I'm not sure about RCON but why don't you just go into the users.ini file and put:

"YOUR_STEAM_ID" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"



If you don't want full access (I don't know why you wouldn't) just edit the flags according to what the users.ini file says.

Get in game, and perform the following:

rcon_address yourServerAddress
rcon_port yourServerPort
rcon_password yourRconPassword
rcon amx_addadmin {to return or lookup the syntax}

{for example...}
rcon amx_addadmin "YourNickname" "accessFlags" "password" "steamid"

{if needed??...}
rcon amx_reloadadmins

I can add admins now, what about deleting them (from RCON?)

Sadly, I don't think this has been done yet. I don't know though. You will have to look around.
