It should be safe to comment those modules out in modules.ini, they should be autoloaded. The only modules you should need to put in modules.ini any more with recent versions of AMXx would be SQL modules (if you need them).

Try commenting them and see if the error happens again. If that doesnt work, Im out of ideas.

Yes. Suggestion.

Reinstall everything. Start with CZ. Make sure it works. Then metamod. Make sure it works. Then AMXX. Make sure it works.

Please write more descriptive answers. I don't know if now everything is working for You or You added karma for Brad only because he dedicated for You a lot of time to help Yu (even without success).
Another thing - in Your sig - metamod 1.9 is not released yet. The last one is.. 1.19.
