ok i have a laptop and a desktop...my desktop is behind a router and my laptop has a wirless internet card that is connected to my desktop its a linkseys wirless internet card...whenever i run my server on my laptop whenever people try to come in it says "server not responding" what do i do?

ya i checked it but its hard to turn of firewall i have norton antivirus and i dont know how to shut it off any help?
