First of all, connect to that server and fire some shots: 222.147.75.61:27015
You will notice trails the way your bullets flight...
If you don't hit anyone the trails are white, if you hit someone the trails ae yellow.
Which plugin is that?
Can anyone make such a plugin if it's not open to the public?

I think the plugin is called CamlCSS. I can't read japanese, but as far as I can tell, it hasn't been publically released. It also does lots of other things like turrets (which you can capture by touching so that it supports your team), headcrabs that chase you around and explode when they catch you, etc.

I know that plugin, but i want only the bullet trail part of it...
Can anyone make this?

it should just be as simple as adding sprites, not saying that i know how to make mdls or sprites, but it should be very easy
