-Engine <-- Need to enable
-Cstrike <-- Should be enabled

Make sure you have the latest amxmodx also.

I do have the cstrike module and I have it enabled. I'm also pretty sure I have the latest amxx... How do I know for sure? Please don't scold me for being newb kthx.

Type meta list in console.

If your version is 1.75 or greater (1.75a), then you have the latest AMXX. If you don't have the latest AMXX, it will not auto-load your modules for you. You need to upgrade to have the best functionality.
