Hello I have a small problem sometimes when I shoot only sometimes I get these little black squares were my gun fires and the bullet hits also I saw that when I went to Aztec that when the rain dropped to the floor I got black squares my friends told me to do cl_weather 0 but I want to have the weather shown it shouldn't be my graphic card it's a Nvidia could someone please help thanks.

I think it's your graphics card, I've read about this on the steampowered forums

What is your Graphics card and what are your drivers?

I think 90.XX+ drivers have this problem

Is it fixable?

I think it is fixable when you downgrade to 80.XX+ drivers

However some newer Nvidia cards like 7600 have the 90 drivers by default and it cannot be downgraded so the problem is not fixable at the moment.

I suggest posting in the steampowered forums, you might get more help there

Actually I fixed it I was messing around inside my graphic card control panel and it said I could use OpenGL or D3D I was on OpenGL then tried D3D and it worked thanks now on to going to gamerzplanet.com to find out how to get 100 FPS =)

lol dont use D3D worst quality.
and for fps disable your v-sync fps_max 101 never use developer 1 because it will destroy your video card
