im really not a bad person. i do a lot of things for my friends and try to respect anyone and everyone that respects me. when they need a server i buy one, when they need a vent i buy one. it seems the keep complaining and i finally pulled the plug. rcons were changed, admin list have been cleared. what do i do now. i don't want to be know as a push over be it seems they keep kissing a$$ and trying to make me come back. im a pretty big member of the community since i do own it but it looks as if im not getting treated as i should be. please give me tips and advice. serious ones please.

Not hard. Set rules. And whoever doesnt follow them, you get rid of them.
Worked for me all the time.

Make strong, and mature rules. Say things like, 'post maturely', 'treat others with respect'. Ban users who don't approve. If they don't want to listen, they don't have to be a part of the community.

Never have two leaders, a co-leader is allowed but don't give him as much power as you, always have the most power in the community, get rid of assholes, don't let people get power or admin to anything from the start, make people earn their priveleges in the community, I made mistakes before by letting people have power levels the same as me, you CAN'T have two people having maxmimum power, unless they get along extremely good.
