ehm, why are there two different plugins in the tarball? and xaphan loads fine, but it doesnt load any admins, or use the config.ini for csay commands. do i have to load both plugins or something?

ohh, you do need both plugins loaded for xaphan to work.. wierd

Well... I downloaded the latest version and installed it, and I don't have access to any of the admin commands.

I'm running the latest version of SourceMM on a Windows 2k3 server, and the mod is Dystopia. I've added myself to the users.ini as the instructions at the beginning of this topic say I should, and I've gotten a positive response from meta list.

Currently I am the only user in the user.ini and I've tried setting it up a number of ways. Currently is contains only the following:

STEAM_0:1:217503,abcdez,gfh|VLAD

I have also tried it with a different name since the "|" character could potentially cause problems.

When I try to use an admin command (such as x_exec or x_ map), I get the "You do not have access to that command" message.

What can I do about this?

Also, I am trying to setup a server that has access restricted to only users with a reserved slot, how can I make the server disallow access to users without a reserved slot?

lol Ok, so I'm retarded... I was putting the users.ini into the Xaphan folder instead of the Admin folder.... My bad.

Anyway, that's one problem solved, now is there a way to limit the number of public slots on the server? That way only players with a reserved slot can connect?

I'm trying to setup a server that's only accessible to league players, but I don't want to do it based on a password since that would require updating the password regularly and providing that password to all the players. By simply allowing only specific STEAMIDs access, it would solve the password problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
