I just wanted to know why you havent put up a donation button Balo. I see people saying they would be willing to kick you down some donations for this mod, even if its only a few bucks, it could add up to alot Anyway, just thought I would mention it cuz I would be willing to kick down a donation myself if we can get a working DeathMatch (for windows) mod going.

Also, if you need a windows Source server to test on let me know cuz mines not doing much these days

You think bailopan would get a release out faster if you give him money?

My clan loves deathmatch we have one 20 man Nuclearfallout server that we have purchased just to run deathmatch. Like you, I check the status twice a because since deathmatch has been broken, this server has just been sitting there empty. (in addition to this dm server have 1 map cycle server, 1 24/7 office server, and 2 private servers)

Well, Im not saying that money might make this specific version be released any faster, I'm just saying it might give Bailo and anyone else working on the project a little more incentive to work on it. I mean, if half the people that use this mod donated $5 or $10 each, I'm sure it would amount up to a fairly large sum.

I put a donation button up (I didn't because the CSDM for HL1 one didn't accrue anything, and that's far more popular).

If you want to donate, it's well appreciated, as I don't make any money off this mod and do it in my spare time. However, I have to say it won't necessarily make releases come out faster, that will always depend on my availability (I've got a lot of projects to run, a job to fulfill, and school).

So, don't donate because you want things faster, but because you want to show appreciation/support

When I click on the Donation button, I get an error:

Please enter an amount greater than zero.

But theres nowhere to change the amount.

hmm donations

I made a donation to another extremely well known Source Admin Plugin author not too long ago .. did i get any acknowledgement or thanks ? did I arse. Maybe he's got so much money pilling into his donation account, he missed mine , or maybe he's an ungrateful ******

So as much as i like DM and appreciate the work Bailopan puts in , i wont bother donating to any projects again.

Ok very off topic, but needed to get it off my chest. Apologies.

exactly. Its not like ur bying him bread or feeding him. Your telling him thank you for his work. If he doesnt say thank you back its proly because hes busy working on the project to which u just donated or is doing something else. It is NOT the end of the world (notice the NOT) if he doesnt say it back. Just know that u said thank you and appreciated his work.
