Hello i just bought this www.sourcebans.com and im hoping to make it into something big and this is where io need a programmer or 2 to help me make a script that..

can automatically check for updates on banned steamid's and server admins etc have the option of auto uploading them to there server with some txt coming via console

"Updating banned steam id's" or something along them lines the way these will be judged is by professional source players

viewing demos and coming to a decission if they use a cheat or not i think it would be a great help too the community and i have many ideas i ofcourse would be willing to pay for this mod..

also is it possable too make a script what server admins can upload to there server? that allows you to take a screenshot from the players view? remember im willing to pay and its to help the community

You CANNOT take screenshots on the client and upload them without the client knowing.

There has been numerous attempt at something like this in the past .. it's never panned out simple because ppl can't agree on 1) what should rate a ban and 2) who can be trusted to determine if someone is cheating.

However, it would be nice if we could come up with a way to house my servers ban list on a central database that my multiple servers can have access to. You could also have multiple groups databases where multiple clans can all agree on bans. I know for a fact that one of our neighbor clans wouldn't have any problem sharing bans with us and vice versa .. but we are to "Christian" and "grumpy" (for lack of a better words) in our admin'ing policies for most.

Yomama has already named amxbans for Source as SourceBans, or SMBans, not sure.

Anyway these ideas rarely work.

it's called SMBans, and it's pwns all h@x0rs....

It will be backward compatible with amx/amxx as well I *might* have it running on my CS/CZ servers
