It could be that they are using the command:
@startmatch

I believe this command sets a server password (locks it down for matches)

Please excuse my ignorance, but whats a "llama" in relation to CSS? (i know it's an animal)

It changes the persons name to llama
and when ever they type something it only prints Ooorgle! or Brawwwr! etc.

If they change there names ...it changes it back to Llama.

@llama <playername> renames players to Llama and makes anything they say come out as "Bleeat" etc.. and plays funny sounds.

As I stated earlier about 2-3 times but I think it keeps being overlooked but I already suggested to him a way to fix it. Just a matter of him actually trying it.

To prevent stats from counting when less than 2 people are connected:
Run a for statement that checks the status feedback from server to scan through and look for "STEAM:ID" and if it comes back with 2 instances of the string then allow stats to recorded for the round. If 1 instance or none are found then stats don't get recorded.

Is anybody else having problems with keeping people banned for the selected times.

If I ban ingame for say a week. He is back online playing in a day.

The bans just arn't working properly and I was wondering if anybody else was having similiar problems

Also, I have the following:

bu_banned_user.cfg
banned_user.cfg

What the deal with this? Which one don't I need.

I have that problem, I banned a guy for 7 days and he was back the next day.

i agree on the ban issue mine wont write to the .cfg it does sometimes but not others
