Bail and all,

Where does a project like this come in when Alfred has announced built-in support for Metamod-like functions directly in the engine? Will this project extend his, or will this project completely ignore Valve extensions and drive a new path?

Thanks!

We were the ones who publically asked Alfred this ;] but our plans were irrelevant of what Valve was doing... if they hadn't made their own, we would have had to.

Their having their own in-home solution will definitely make things easier. Let's just hope Alfred finishes it in time for the SDK.

Hi

I searched the VERC for information on Valve's built-in plugin interface but couldn't find any. Are there any docs or the like at all? Or did you guys get your info from Valve directly?

From Valve directly.

We will see more information when the SDK is released.

In the SDK folder from source there is an adminserver.dll

Does anyone know how to load a dll with HL2 I dont see a liblist.gam or anything else to load a dll?

AdminServer.dll is part of the HLDS interface.

It is also in your HL1 hlds.
