it is straight rarly if it lags your computer inn any sort but still it is possible becouse you can make a program made lag to so but this one is made you to make images. so i truely don't think that will happen. but if your computer is very slow then its big change. my friend inn school got a slow computer and it will not handel it but it can't handel cs either so...

it cant handle cs?? that must be a 1950's computer it takes 500mhz to run cs lol omg that must be some cheap peace of plastic (cracker toy)

no inn fact its an 98 windows with 1G. and don't remember the ram. but it can't handel cs thats right.
