1. You didn't release it for as far as I know
2. I used the amxx plugin PlantAnywhere.
3. Next time look at the code before accusing.

this hero ain't working for me. It gives everyone bomb and lets T's plant anywhere, but terrorist_c4plant doesn't give them any type of wait time and they can plant at start of round like 5 bombs. Its really annoying.

Mega, hes saying you can C4 spam by planting straight up when the round starts, which is cheap.
Also, this hero gives ALL terrorists the bomb, but even though they have it they might not be able to plant. FIX IT!

EDIT: I FIXED IT HERE'S THE BETTER VERSION. Compile yourself please.
