Looking for help with L4D2 server crash

My l4d2 server seems to crash on map changes but I'm not sure if this is the trigger for the crash, I've recently added the Accelerator -Chrash reporting extention which can be found here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=277703
But from the chrash dump I can't figure out what might be the cause of the chrash so every insight or nudge in the right direction would be appreciated!

I'm decently sure the heartbeat plugin was causing the crash as since I've removed it I haven't had a crash since, If I do encounter a crash again I will post this.
If it's fixed I could delete this thread but I don't know how to so if anyone could point it out to blind me how to delete it that would be appreciated
