It's the plugin's problem. You can test it according to my method.
When your plugin is working, use the command to change the map in the game
For example: changelevel l4d_river01_docks, in the new map, the plugin still works, but the effect of dissolving will not exist. If all players die and the game restarts, or vote to change the map or restart, the effect of dissolving will be valid again.

Is it not possible to delay the ragdoll fading?
I'd like to have it fade away after several seconds it hits the ground.
For a more "dramatic" feeling.

With the "Ragdoll Fader" plugin and not Dissolve Infected? Would require re-writing to spawn the fader after X seconds for each infected, it would also affect any nearby ragdolls before their timer triggers. It's not something I have interest in doing.
