About:
Fixes a situation where a Special Infected bot, upon taking damage to the body or head for a short period of time, begins to go down the stairs while going up it.
This bug gives survivors an unjustified head start on maps such as the atrium where there are many manholes for the infected,
especially in front of thick skins such as the tank and the charger,
which causes them to spend much more time on the stairs than they should.

The bug occurs on servers where the tickrate is increased and nb_update_frequency is lowered.

Does it fix SI being stuck on ladder? theres a wall to the right of saferoom and SI oftenly get stuck there, standin g on top of it
