I don't know how to explain it, but I'll try, people are complaining that the sound is bugging in certain rounds, ex:
- The shot being heard far from where it actually went.
- There was a case that happened today, there were 4 people alive, 2 tr in the bomb A , hell map and one ct was coming in the middle and the other on the carpet, which was going in the middle, listening to someone loading in the false way.

I would recommend to specify the game you are talking about.
Anyways, there are some sound bugs but you can still try to disable metamod, if installed, first to verify it's not caused by any plugins.
