[CS:S] Admin menu showing to everyone

Hey everyone,

I've installed SourceMod 1.11.0.6654 and the admin menu is showing to every client when I write !admin.

I also tried using Sourcemod 1.10 and 1.09 with the same result.

I'm running Windows Server 2019.

Does anyone have an idea where I might have messed up?

Are you using SRCDS from SteamCMD ?
Is it LAN ?
