Completions Top:

[NMRIH] a timer that record player's extract time and print the best time to chat

may have bugs, but still upgrade



USAGE:

DatabaseType: MySQL

Database: "ctop"

sm_wr map -> print best time to chat(if time is stacked, choose the best killer)

sm_top map -> show players' time, deaths, kills, and completions as a menu panel

map is optional, if u just command "sm_wr" or "sm_top", it just show the current map's top.

Timer start from round_start, end at a activated extraction
