Would this plugin work with a server with only community made aim maps such as aim_ak47?

Hello

The server crash without any error in console.
All other plugins are stable and running fine in other servers, I try to run only this plugin and still the server fails.
Linux server.

Help me please.

Hi all, absolute noob regarding plug-ins here.

Apologies in advance if I make any mistakes with etiquette.

I hired a server through Dathost using the deathmatch preconfigiration, and added this excellent plug-in.

Everything works great, and is very easy to adjust, but I'm hitting a problem I can't Google my way out of. When the round timer ends, the clock remains stuck at 0.00, and no map vote options appear. Everything else works great except this small detail.

Is it the preconfig on the server causing the issue? When I've tried rebooting the server in competitive mode it seems ot ignore the plug-in.

Any help would be very appreciated, apologies again if these are all old problems.

Edit: mapchooser.smx, nominations.smx, randomcycle.smx and rockthevote.smx are all installed.

Get into your deathmatch.ini file in edit mode and change the following convar value to "yes" from default "no". That will complete the round, show winners and start countdown for the next round

Hi Vijayar, thanks to your help things have moved along a little, now the round ends and winners are displayed.

However no vote interface is displayed and the map simply restarts.

I've attached some cfgs that may be of help, in case I am missing something else.

Not a expert, I am also exploring the various options in this plugin, I haven't tried the map vote option : I have set the DM by default to be played on Dust 2 on all rounds.

Check what is the mapgroup & defaultmap you have set in csgoserver.cfg (under config-lgsm folder). Mapgroup has to be set to "mg_active" : I had the vote interface by default, come up after end of round when this was set in my cfg file.

Will explore and update you, if there is any other thing to be done.

More progress, if a little unusual. After adding 'mg_active' to my gamemode_deathmatch_server.cfg each map plays twice, then a vote appears which ignores whatever choice I make.

I feel as if a few simple changes will get it running perfectly, it's just identifying which!
