Run a vanilla install of Sourcemod/Meta Mod. Start server get a few players and see if it lags.

If it still lags do a full reinstall of the server with nothing added on a default map. Get a few players and see if it lags.

If it still lags after that then there is most likely a deeper issue here.

Nothing out of the ordinary. All I can say is that I have poor results with running on CentOS 8 and RHEL 8. Though further testing needs to be done to see why. Not that switching to another distro will resolve this in any manner, just something I have observed.

Have you tried without any kernel modifications?

Switched back to debian10 with compiled xanmod kernel (1000hz)

now https://prnt.sc/sxgmlp with 2 players and tuned on latency-performance

I found a problem...
On clear install with only new kernel its works good, after tuned-adm profile latency-performance (locked at 4.4ghz) players wrote that lags them.
before change smac nothing detect, after change smac detect "speedhack" on players = lags

why tuned set 4.4ghz when

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq 4200000
