Can someone please provide an updated guide for porting gmod player model to csgo player model.

Turn gmod workshop file to .mdl (through gmaad i think it's called) - decompile that, open the .smd file (from the decompiled model) in Blender, assuming you have the source tools addon (that allows export.import of .smd/.dmx files) - delete the gmod skeleton (prob the easiest option rather than renaming/doing all that junk), paste the csgo skeleton onto the model (prob might need to do a few adjustments so that weights are correct, etc), export all that as a .smd(s) - copy/paste contents of a csgo model qc file for that of your gmod-to-csgo model and rename (whatever needs to be renamed in qc file that matches your anims folder and .snd name)/edit = compile = ideally you're done.

This is a very broad gist of it
