[Solved] [REQ] [TF2] Disable Capturing

I need a plugin that disables carts / intel. It must be automatic. Either 1 or many plugins, that doesn't matter. As long as it doesn't have to be done manually everytime. If disabling them automatically isn't possible, could it be possible to have it so like getting the cart to the end does nothing? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, i'll try it out. Updating when i get the results

Update: The plugin you gave me doesn't seem to work. The error it gave me is:

"[SM] Plugin disable_captures.smx failed to reload: Unable to load plugin (no debug string table)."
