[CSGO] Plugin to show server IP on screen at all times

Looking if anyone has this plugin or thinks they can replicate it

Here is an example of the plugin:

Essentially I just want it to show the server IP, I have seen this on other servers specifically on a RU 1v1 server where it would advertise the name of the server in color changing font across the screen.

Someone use this script? The people write that does work on CSGO
