Hi there.
If I missed, and created the topic not where he's place. Please move it.

I have questions about CS:GO and CS:S.
Q: Where browser (from CS:S & CS:GO) place they cookies and cashe?
Q: What a browsers use CS:GO and CS:S?

I don't mean STEAM browser.
If you remember, CS:GO and CS:S have MOTD Window (but now, in CS:GO, motd window was remove)

Thanks.

The overlay browser uses the steam browser. You can clear cache and cookies from steam settings

Nope, I don't mean steam browser in overlay.
I mean browser what used if I open MOTD window (repeat - in CS:GO, today, this feature was removed.)

I know what you mean. The answer is still the same. The ingame/overlay/motd browser all uses the Chrome framework via Steam. Its all the same browser.
