My server is crashing alot of times with error ivp failed at ..\ivp_utility\ivu_vhash.cxx 157

in console. Anyone have this before that know what to do? - I use CS:GO server on Windows

Happens when entity spawn outside of map

I've had this same error before just from an invalid vtable hook which didn't define the correct function argument size. It seems to be something that easily gets corrupted but isn't the cause of the issue it self

I could try update, but seems not helping that much... Alot of other CS:GO servers use Zombie:reloaded so it should not be the plugin itself...?

Ok, I believed that you have upgrade your SourceMod.
But extension list say else, you have still (1.9.0.6261) mostly.

What you should do is:
- Shutdown server.
- If you can't stop server, find ...addons/metamod.vdf file, and move file out from addons folder.
Then reboot server.
- Check you are not running MM:S and SM, test using commands meta version, sm version
Should say "unknow command"

- Get SourceMod pack and before you move files in server:
- Delete cfg and ...addons/sourcemod/configs folder from downloaded SM pack.
This way you not lose your SM settings.
- Move metamod.vdf file back in addons folder and reboot server

Fixed after updating to newest Sourcemod and Metamod.
