[CS:S] only 66 fps?

Hey guys, no matter what i do i cant get more than 66 fps. Did volvo locked the server fps to 66 or there is something im missing?

the server is hosted on win10

It's really hard to help somebody troubleshoot if they simply say "I've tried everything" or "nomatter what I do". Can you be more specific about what you've tried?

sys_tickrate 1000
fps_max 999
setting the server to high and real time priority
also the trick with the media player

Is the fps locked to 66 or the tickrate? Because sys_tickrate isn't a command, so I could imagine that it is just using the default 66 tickrate.

Well i dont know. Something is locked and my server cant get more than 66 fps. Can you help?

I can't help you if you don't even know what your problem is.

It's just impossible.

What are you doing that is telling you that your server can't get more than 66fps? Where are you seeing this information that says "66fps"?

Please be detailed. Include a screenshot if possible.

You've already admitted you don't even know if it's your fps that is locked to 66, and you are refused to provide any information that will help me determine if it's your fps or your tickrate.
