I couldn't get the sounds to work with this when I just tested this out today, or the center message, where is the documentation for the cvars?

On another note, this is my admincustom.ini , i modified it to add a @all option to make it easier to run random raffles.

Hi Poly i believe the center msg shows up, but its kinda white so you might have missed it
for the sound i didn't upload it to my server (since i didn't want players to load "more than they have to" ), but i believe you will have to allow it from your whitelist

pretty good but if i may make a suggestion..

the choosing of the winner is pretty anti-climatic

an idea would be make the chat flood with a cycle of all entrants til it lands on a winner in green color make it suspenseful
