Type "sm plugins list" in your game server's console, and it should output in the bottom something like:

example.smx (Example Plugin): Required extension "Connect Hook" file("connecthook.ext") not running

That way, you'll get to know that the plugin "example.smx" is trying to use the connecthook extension.

Your answer because I searched for it anyway, which I'm including even though it'll mean you probably only bother to click this one and not learn anything about how to help yourself in the future.

Addendum answer to the question you didn't ask: The extension might be optional for one of the plugins you're running, this will cause it to show up in `sm exts list` as failed if you don't have it installed (obviously), but will not log any errors or show anything else (other than the functionality it optional provides to the plugin trying to use it not working).

Valediction to try and show that I'm really not this heartless - just tired of this,
