[CSGO] FPS Drop with 128 Tick

Hi,

I have a server. Now, 20 player in the server. My server is 128 tickrate but I am having a big problem.
We are live fps drops.

CPU/Ram:

sv_maxrate 0
sv_minrate 80000
sm_cvar sv_maxcmdrate 128
sv_mincmdrate 128
sv_minupdaterate 128
sm_cvar sv_maxupdaterate 128

I have the same problem I'm hosting OVH it's very strange it's like "loophole" huge drop.

An 8 core CPU will mean 12% usage is one full core.

6% usage makes me think windows is capping out at 50% of one core for your SRCDS instance.

That CPU should be running at at least 4.2GHz.
