I got 2 question can't find their answers
first: I'm admin (owner) of a server, what happen if I typed sv_cheats 1 in console will I get banned from vac?
second: If I could use sv_cheats 1, How do I make admins only who cheat and not the whole server

VAC relates to the modification of client side binaries / memory. Therefore you cant get VAC banned from it.

Never enable sv_cheats as players can do what they want including crashing other players and the server.

Maybe this is more likely for what you need, because Neuro Toxins Plugin is the better one, but you have to do MANY overrides with it. For simple Wallhacking and Headschots the link down might be better.

You have to compile it. Easiest Way is spider Webcompiler

I attached the Plugin. Use it like other Plugins
