I am confused.

You would like it to show the distance from the player who sent the message to the player seeing it?

Yup, the first image is when i kill an opponent and the second when he kill me.

Use GetVectorDistance and then convert from units to feet/meters using whar Mitchell linked (divide by 16 I think)
