And run it like this:

Linux:

./RESGen -o -d /hl/cstrike/maps

Windows:

RESGen.exe -o -d C:\HLServer\cstrike\maps

and it will generate res files for every single one of your maps automatically. If you have custom sounds it has some text files you can edit to add those sounds to every res file it generates....
