[CS:GO] Overlays not working, all black

I want make overlays for my server, like "CTs WIN" and "Ts WIN". And maybe later some more fun stuff, but the problem is, all overlays showed black ingame.
All file locations, downloads, etc. is checked and it's working, but ingame still whole screen is black.

If someone can help me, then i'll appreciate that very much.

At first look use this:

CTs_win.vmt

Code:

"LightmappedGeneric"
{
	"$basetexture" "overlays/CTs_win"
	"$translucent" 1
}

or this:

Code:

"MonitorScreen"
{
	"$basetexture" "overlays/CTs_win"
	"$translucent" 1
}

instead of:

Code:

"UnlitGeneric"
{
	"$baseTexture" "overlays/CTs_win"
	"$translucent" 1
}
