[REQ] /fixmylag automatic rates sets on client

i want a plugin which wrks when player type "/fixmylag" in chat and "automatic rates sets on client"

I'm not sure if client rates are modifable by plugins, if someone can confirm it actually is, then i'll make it.

Its not because of cl_filterstuff, by forcing filterstuffcmd to become 0, then its possible. Btw this plugin might be very useful.

by rates i understand these commands, just because i played knife

ex_interp is not a rate. u can use 0.01 0.1 0.098 but have same rates. that cmd is for better knife distance.
rate 25000/100000
cl_cmdrate 160
cl_updaterate 102
these ones are the mains

You can make one but if user set cl_filterstuffcmd to 1 then plugin can't change them .
