Hey guys, I've just tested beta 1.35.4.9rc.

[HNS, BHOP, KZ]

The movement aspect seems to work fine, however "CJ" (Crouch Jump) is dead without a plugin.

TO RUN THE BETA ON YOUR SERVER:

"app_update 740 -beta 1.35.4.9rc" in SteamCMD.

TO RUN BETA VERSION ON CSGO:

Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library, go to Properties, go to the Betas tab, then select "1.35.4.9rc"

This crouch fix along with these cvars will have to do for now. I'll wait for this beta update to be officially released before updating which should be very soon I guess. Seams like the crysis has been averted. If anyone whats to try out the current fixes they can jump around here (Direct Connect) to try it out
