got 2 problems, dont know where to search to fix them:

buy scripts:
people that play on my server, their buy scripts are disabled, where can i find the command (ant which command is it) that disables this for people that join the server.

team joining:
on my server, since i installed amxmodX, people could join the server 1 minute after the round starts, and still be able to join the team and play, instead of joining a team and waiting out the end of the round, how can i fix this ?

about the buy scripts look in the help forum, its being discussed there. about the team join mid round.. not sure.
