Hey,
on my jail server i got my Server Rules in the Server's Message of the Day Page. Every should atleast read the most important. Would it be possible, to creat a plugin, that forces one player to read the rules in server's Message of the Day page, buy denying him going forward to team select for the next 30 seconds?
