Error was because of user config, don't use 000webhost.

question is H-Reserved is not working at csgo long time ago, now i connect +ip to my server i got kick when its full

Hello, I'm kind of new in this area and I need help.

I am trying to install it on my site but I can't. Going into simpleadminvipmanager/ doesn't work, just shows me that it can't connect, but simpleadminvipmanager/install/install.php works. Are these settings correct?

Database host : localhost
Database name : csgoadminvip
Username : root
Password : (my password)

I created the csgoadminvip table in phpmyadmin, but I don't know if the other settings are correct.

I also have xenforo installed as well if it matters.

EDIT

I am kind of sure that the settings are correct. It just shows me a blank page when going into simpleadminvipmanager/ , no error of any sort.
