[CS:GO] [Solved] Weird glowing players thing

So this one server has this weird problem where the players would glow almost all the time for some odd reason. Here's pics of what I'm talking about:

This doesn't happen to just me. Every player on the server also has this problem when they play on this one server. My guess is its a server problem that I have no idea how to fix. I've never encountered something like this before and I'm completely stumped on what I should do to fix this...

omg this is indeed the cause. I'm using the Speaker Icon plugin by Franc1sco. Guess that was my mistake then?

the glowing on happens when you are spectating
when you are alive and playing it does not happen though
don't ask me why since i don't know either
