In my opinion you should buy DR: APIs timer, well it's based on my timer but has a lot of improvements and Dr. API provides precompiled smx files unlike me

If you do buy the timer make sure you get all the source code from him (legal requirement), or else don't pay a single penny.

I don't think him selling your shit for cheaper is in violation of any rules so long as he also supplies the source code (GPL).

However the updates/support thing is valid and you should keep that policy.
