i just installed that "[CS:GO] Server Hibernate Fix" before that i had the same problem.... its seems like hybernating problem i just got a msg in server after disconnect from server it says server is hybernating and my public ip change it self to 0.0.0.0 i dont know why ....any clue ?

server.cfg hyberne setting are ..

sv_hibernate_when_empty 0
sv_hibernate_postgame_delay 5
sv_hibernate_ms 0
sv_hibernate_ms_vgui 0

Nothing same problem... what do u think its client cookie problem ? or that ip change problem which is change itself to 0.0.0.0 and client cannot find server? or anything else ? I dun thnk its startup li e problem if it is I cannot be able to connect once this problem starts when I disconnec from server
