If John took care of 4 calls the day before yesterday, 3 calls yesterday, and 7 today, that would be 14 cases over the past 72 hours.

And if Jane didn't take care of any calls at all during the past month, then she's maybe no longer worth the position that was previously granted to her.

We want to store the admin who handled a specific report so this should be possible. I can't say if we'll have a "cool" web interface though, we always wanted to.

^ Question, speaking from a MySQL standpoint - are you sure that your DB User has the "DELETE" priv? I had a similar issue on a different mod, it turned out that someway somehow, I never gave my user that priv on the db.

Use the development version of the web files, they give you detailed error messages. See the second post in this thread. Did you also check the error logs on the gameserver? It might be that the mysql tables couldn't be created.

It's highly unlikely for a plugin to crash the server. It's probably the messagebot extension which is, unfortunately, still broken.

So, the plugin cannot create any tables in MySQL even thought I have set all the permissions and all the information in files are correct. What's wrong?
