We have multiple 5v5 comp. servers and I want to know if this detection is really hacking ? And what are these numbers for ?

You should post this in the appropriate SMAC forum. Try updating your smac_eyetest plugin to the latest version in the hg repository. There's been a fix for false positives in CS:GO.
