I am curious to know what Dodhooks extention allows, but now the website dodsplugins.com is down. Where can i obtain a copy?

You need dodhooks for certain plugins like Feuersturms DODrelated stuff or Strontiumdogs Bots.

Nevermind. I do not have the source only the so and dll files running on my gameservers. Sad I cannot share this, but rules are rules are rules are rules xD

I have no clue what the latest version is, but here's the source for version 1.1. I don't have time right now to compile it.
