[CS:GO] Fireworks Celebration Plugin

Just made this in a few hours for my server, and figured some other servers might find some use out of it. It made a really great celebration combined with the SoundCloud plugin.

Admin Commands:

sm_celebrate - Start the Celebration. Begins chat announcement, and set's the event's mode to "on".

sm_firework - Use this Command to start a firework show above your head. If you move around it will follow you, and stay above you. In our server, we gave all our staff this command, and had them all going during the event.

sm_stopevent - Stops the event/chat announcements, and ends the fireworks.

Really simple plugin overall. Pretty neat when you combine it with !drug @all, and play Katy Perry - Fireworks via the SoundCloud server plugin.

I can try to take a video today. We do have a recording of the entire celebration we had, but uh we also allowed a sort of "purge" for the length of the celebration where no rules were enforced. You can probably imagine why that video would not be the best example to share.

Plugin does not work. It just spams chat. You forgot to upload the materials for the plugin. Neither does the sounds work.
